Bespoke Jewellery Terms & Conditions

These apply to all clients commissioning bespoke jewellery from Michelle Willame:

Client Agreement

Before beginning any design work, each client is required to sign a bespoke agreement confirming the following:

Full name and contact information
Consent or refusal for featuring their commissioned piece on our social media or blog
Consent for receiving future newsletters via email, WhatsApp or SMS

Payment Terms

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon approval of the final CAD design.
The remaining 50% balance is payable within 7 days of delivery.
All payments must be made via wire transfer in Swiss Francs (CHF).

Please note that the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance, as it covers design time, material sourcing, and production preparation.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our bespoke work, all custom pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable. Each piece is made specifically for you, based on your vision, and therefore cannot be resold or altered for other clients.

Creative Process & Timeline

Each piece follows a detailed journey:

Initial Consultation – An intimate conversation in person or online to understand your story and inspiration.
Moodboard & Sketches – A visual representation of textures, colors, and hand-drawn ideas.
CAD Design – A 3D-rendered preview to finalize every detail.
Gemstone Sourcing – Ethical, rare gemstones selected for your design.
Craftsmanship – Your piece is handcrafted in Switzerland, India, or Turkey by our master ateliers.
Delivery – Presented in signature packaging, ready for gifting or personal celebration.

⏳ Timeline: Approximately 4 to 8 weeks from design approval.
